Consultation for Design Engineering

We will support you in the choice of suitable materials, make suggestions for the positioning and design of the welding joints and advise with respect to the surface treatment. It pays off to get into contact with the specialist as early as possible!

Preliminary Tests

 We will set up testing facilities in our works for complex tasks, which will represent a realistic impression of the planned manufacturing process. By these means we may determine the optimum procedures and parameters for welding as well as the technical feasibility and efficiency of the project. Quite frequently this will result in unexpected opportunities for optimising and thus in considerable savings, and in other cases it will prevent expensive failures from happening.

Prototyping

We manufacture individual single items of projected productions as specimen for customer information, marketing reviews or for field tests.

Pilot Series and Limited-Lot Productions

We manufacture small lots ranging from single to several hundred items of planned mass productions in order to perform thorough apitude and reliability tests as well as extended time tests. We thereby carefully anticipate the subsequent conditions of large-scale production, together with its potential weaknesses.

Our customers receive scale 1:1 advance copies of the later series products, which enables them to determine how these will prove themselves in practice in conjunction with other components, for instance in automobiles or in household appliances.
