Medium Frequency Welding

Medium Frequency Welding

Modern Inverter Power Supplies are able to deliver the energy required for the welding process regulated in almost any desired shape of the impulse. The mains supply voltage is first rectified in the inverter and is then made available as a chopped D.C. voltage by way of a controlled inverter as well as a transformer.

The units supplied by Resistronic Ltd. cover the requirements of a power supply for welding purposes to the full extent.

The units operate with a pulse frequency of 1 kHz and 10 kHz.

A multitude of options is available for the software of the unit:

    • Current control
    • Voltage control
    • Power control
    • Limitation of regulating variables
    • Implementation of controlled preliminary pulses
    • Conditioning of components
    • Option: current and path measurement
    • Option: date storage and analysis
